NEST is an integrated facility management company that, for more than 25 years, has been helping retailers with the complex task of managing their store maintenance and budgets. Ecommerce has transformed shopping, spurring retailers to reimagine in-store experiences—a trend accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

To respond to these changes, NEST wanted to highlight their construction and project management services that were largely unknown to their customers. 

But there was a significant communications hurdle in the way—the key decision-making audience is made up of executives who spend more of their time on a construction site than in a boardroom. NEST needed a way to deliver their story in a way that grabbed decision-makers’ attention but didn’t bog them down.

Innovative Content Experience: Delivered

We quickly realized that a bunch of long-form ebooks and blogs wasn’t going to get the job done. We proposed a wide range of content pieces that would be easier to digest from the field. This included videos, interactive audio pieces, infographics, one-pagers and short, engaging emails.

We developed a campaign where NEST could target current clients who could expand their services to construction and project management, as well as other retailers in need of construction and project management services.
